This policy explains what we collect when you join the Polaris waitlist and how we use it. Polaris (“we”, “us”) is a professional networking app currently in pre-launch. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to invite you to the product.

• Email address — the email you submit to join the waitlist.
• Basic usage data — standard, aggregated analytics such as page views, collected to understand interest. This is not used to identify you personally.

• To notify you about early access and the Polaris launch.
• To send occasional product updates you can opt out of anytime.
• To measure interest and improve the product before launch.

We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Waitlist emails are stored with our email provider (Resend) solely to manage the waitlist and send launch communications. Their processing is governed by their own privacy and security practices.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or request deletion of your data by contacting us. We'll remove your email from the waitlist promptly.
