Our mission
Make hiring work the way it really works — through people. We want the best way to find your next role, or your next hire, to be a warm introduction from someone who knows the work, and we want the people who make those introductions to be recognised and paid for it.
What we believe
Referred, not filtered
Most hiring still runs on résumé keyword screens. Polaris flips that: you get introduced to roles by people who know your work, so a real relationship — not an ATS filter — decides who gets seen.
Referrals people are paid to make
Companies can put a cash bounty on a role. When someone you refer is actually hired, the bounty is split fairly among everyone who helped make the introduction — so vouching for good people is rewarded, not just asked for.
Money that only moves on a real hire
Every bounty is funded up front through secure Stripe escrow and released only when a candidate is hired. No hire, no payout — and Polaris only takes a small platform fee on bounties that actually pay out.
Free for professionals
Joining Polaris is free for professionals and job seekers. You get referral bounties, real salary and tax insight, hire-probability signals on every role, and field-specific circles to grow your network.
Trust & safety
Referral bounties are funded up front and held in secure Stripe escrow, then released only when a hire is actually made and split fairly among everyone who helped. We ask for your email to offer early access and only take a small platform fee on bounties that pay out. You can read how we handle your data in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and you can delete your account at any time.
