- A company attaches a cash bounty to an open role. When you refer someone from your network — or pass a great opening along — and they get hired, the bounty is split fairly among everyone who helped. It's held securely in escrow and paid out once the hire is confirmed.
- Does it cost anything to join?
- No. Polaris is free to join for professionals and job seekers. You earn money from referrals and bounties; we only take a small platform fee on bounties that actually pay out.
- How do I get paid?
- Your earnings collect in an in-app balance you can track any time. When you're ready, you cash out to your bank account through secure Stripe payouts, and we handle your tax forms at year end.
